1. General Policy
ReelScope.ai offers a digital service. Once an audit report is generated, the service has been delivered and no refund will be issued.
2. No Refund Cases
No refund will be provided if:
- An audit report has been successfully generated
- You changed your mind after purchase
- The Instagram account audited was your own choice
- Purchased credits remain valid indefinitely — unused credits are not eligible for refund since they never expire
3. Refund Eligible Cases
You may request a refund if:
- The audit failed to generate due to a technical error on our end
- You were charged twice for the same purchase
- Report generation failed and a credit was deducted in error — the credit will be automatically restored
4. How to Request
Email contact@reelscope.ai within 7 days of the charge with:
- Your registered email
- Transaction ID
- Reason for refund request
5. Free Plan
No payment is taken for the free plan — no refund policy applies.
