By using ReelScope.ai you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

ReelScope.ai provides AI-powered audit reports for public Instagram Reels accounts. We analyse publicly available data only. We are not affiliated with Instagram or Meta.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older
You must provide accurate account information
One account per user

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Audit private Instagram accounts without permission
Use the service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape our platform
Resell audit reports without written permission
Create multiple free accounts to avoid payment

5. Plans and Billing

ReelScope.ai operates on a one-time payment, credit-based model. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.

Free: 1 audit (lifetime, not monthly) — last 7 reels, 3 transcript insights, basic score only
Single: ₹149 ($3.99) — 1 audit credit, full 30-reel audit
Starter: ₹399 ($11.99) — 5 audit credits, full 30-reel audit
Agency: Custom pricing — contact us for volume needs
From 15 July 2026, regular pricing applies: Single ₹499 ($14.99), Starter ₹1,999 ($59.99)
All paid credits never expire and can be used anytime
Payment is one-time per purchase — no auto-renewal, no recurring billing

6. Intellectual Property

Audit reports generated are for your personal use only
ReelScope.ai brand, logo, and technology are our property
You may share your audit report publicly with ReelScope.ai attribution

7. Public Account Analysis

ReelScope.ai allows users to audit any public Instagram account, including their own or accounts they wish to research for strategy and inspiration. This is for research, education, and benchmarking purposes only. Users must not use insights generated to copy, repost, or reuse third-party content without permission. Private Instagram accounts are not supported.

8. Disclaimer

We analyse public data only — accuracy depends on Instagram public data availability
We do not guarantee follower growth or viral content
Audit insights are AI-generated recommendations, not guarantees

9. Limitation of Liability

ReelScope.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to jurisdiction of Kolkata courts.
